Dr. C. C. Sheree Lin - President

Dr. Sheree Lin is currently responsible for marketing and business development. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of food microbiology. Special areas of expertise include: rapid microbial analytical technique, HACCP & sanitation audit, challenge studies for food pathogens, and restaurant ServSafe training. Prior to founding the S & J LAB, she was the manager of laboratory services at Burger King Corporation. She is actively involved in professional societies such as IFT, ASM, AOAC, IAFP and was appointed as the chairperson of Laboratory Quality Assurance Committee of AOAC international (1998).


Dr. James C. Lin - Vice President

Dr. James Lin is the lab director and is responsible for technical services and analytical lab work. Prior to joining S & J Lab in 1996, Dr. Lin was a research scientist at Kellogg Company, where he was involved in research concerning flavor chemistry, vitamin and mineral fortification, oil chemistry, etc. Dr. Lin is also an expert in citrus flavor due to his work as a post doc at Florida Department of Citrus during 1988-1989. Dr. Lin has nine publications in the referee journals and one U.S. Patent (#5,270,063), Ready-to-eat Cereal Products Enriched with Beta-Carotene.
