S & J Laboratories, Inc. is an independent, privately owned laboratory. Founded in 1991 by Drs. Sheree and James Lin. Our staff specializes in the analysis of foods, feed, ingredients, pharmaceutical samples, textile materials, and environmental samples. We are committed to providing the highest quality and most cost effective product testing services. Using state-of-the-art technology, our professionally trained scientists and technicians work hard to meet the demands of our customers. As a business, we are also well known for our personal services, which include in-depth research and consultation.
S & J Laboratories, Inc. serves a diverse range of clients located throughout the United States, including companies of all types and sizes. One of our major accounts in the fast food restaurant chain is Arby's. Since 1992, we have been monitoring the quality of Arby's suppliers through a monthly sample checking program. We, however, offer this service to multiple other industries and are open to providing such services if requested.
S & J Laboratories is a USDA Accredited Laboratory (#2678). Methods for analysis follow procedures of the FDA Bacteriological Analytical Manual (BAM), the Association of Official Analytical Chemists (AOAC), USDA Microbiology Laboratory Guidebook, Compendium of Methods for the Microbiological Examination of foods, and methods published in scientific literatures.
